Learned this the hard way — standard 80gsm paper gets floppy after a few gigs, especially outside. I switched to 120gsm and it makes a huge difference. Pages turn easier and the book holds up much longer. Worth the extra few cents per page.

Good call. I also suggest getting a clear plastic cover for the front page if you play outdoor gigs. Rain and morning dew are real enemies.

120gsm is the sweet spot for me too. 160gsm feels too much like card stock.
